First week down...30 years to go.

Well I accomplished my short term goal of posting a new Comic Strip everyday for a week. The good news is, it's becoming so much easier as I go along. Fingers crossed but the ideas are coming fast and furiously. I'm getting quicker at creating the original art as the characters become more streamlined; and through repetition, drawing them becomes second nature. Since I do all the tones and color in Photoshop, I've now fine-tuned the palettes I'm using. It's definately the funnest job I've ever had. Or should I say internship since I'm not getting paid but doing all the work.

Hopefully I won't get sued for including Calvin, Garfield, and Charlie Brown in my latest strip. I'm not making any money for this, I figure it falls under the classification of an homage. I'm sure lawyers everywhere will see fault in that logic.

Thank you for everyone who is following Finishing Last. You make it all very worthwhile. But after a long week of work, it's time to watch some football.
